You can get it in a variety of flavors
and 'without' caffeine, but this one
is my favorite. Very tasty.
And provides a lot of recovery
in the short term. I don't use
em when it is too hot on an all
day ride though as the double
caffeine 'has' given me chest pain.
But this stuff is the bomb!
