The word "Descend" doesn't amount to much in my part of Texas.
I plan on using M/B V-brakes on the back.They have a lot of leverage and stopping power.If for some reason I need more braking I'll add rear drums(arai)And if this monster still need front brakes--The hubs are modified Bendix coaster brakes---so I could re-work some bendix insides and add them to the hubs.
With all that said,yes front brakes on a hi-quality velocar would be a must.
