how do your clothes fit? 3 pounds isn't much, but you prob have something that fits snugly and would alert you to changes in your waistline. As a guess from a few thousand miles away.... you gained a pound of muscle, lost a pound of fat, and are carrying about a pound less water. Doesn't really matter if you are feeling good, tho... When I commute my whole day goes better.
