superspokes.com has a $200 deep v/formula combo. They hand build them in mass so you don't get to pick options (its a flip flop hub, 3x/3x i think, machined front and back, black definitely, maybe silver as well i don't remember) but a damn good deal imo. No secret that while not the lightest, they're bombproof. They've got some other deal sets with velocities or mavics on there too for about the same money. Their custom builds are pretty reasonable too...Mine should be here this week, can't wait. Charged $20 for shipping so not terrrrible...
