hehe that sounded wrong.
I've done one double (6 years ago) on a 1970s steel road bike bought for $50 and retrofitted with clipless shoes and 23mm tires, but it was pretty flat and I was riding 12hours, total time 15hours - nothing spectacular.
Hopefully that gives a more realistic picture - thanks for the warm welcome BTW
