Thanks Jimmy!

The sport of cycling has been very, very good to me . So I try to do some things to give back whenever I get a chance. You know I love GMR, so introducing riders to the joys of GMR is great fun for me.

And you know, loaning Chris my OCRR jacket was no big deal either, just glad to be able to help. Or maybe things were just going around and coming around since Dan Crane was so helpful to me, fixing my broken chain on Tour of Two Forests a couple of weeks ago.

The other thing is, with double riders, there is a great spirit of helping one another since so much can happen when you're out there for 14 - 17 hours. The California Triple Crown, through Chuck Branwell and Frank Neil has given form and organization to that spirit, but when you're out there in the cold, and dark, and rain, and tired after 150+ miles on your legs, with a flat tire . . . it really is up to the individual riders to pitch in a help out.

Best Regs,
Rick / OCRR
