I had to post this as I find it somewhat exciting! This bike is 99% perfect for my type of 4 season commuting:
1) internal hub - check - would be much nicer than having my rear block full of snow in the winter, and I like gears for things like pulling my kids around
2) disk brakes - check - four season braking, but would perfer hydros
3) fenders - check
4) 700c - check
5) alm frame - check - had some issues with steel and rust since I don't do a lot of winter maintenance, it's kind of hard at -30C.
All it needs is a flat bar rather than the riser and a set clipless pedals, and obviously a set of studded Nokians for the winter. Perhaps even a pannier for this baby, as up till now I've gotten by with my trusty old backpack.
Decisions, decisions. I'd be all over this other than for the fact that my job is moving to a location where I would imagine bike theft is much more prevalent. My current commuting beater ows me nothing, and wouldn't be much of a theft target.
