Lance got worked by Gerolsteiner...

from cyclingnews.com

Today's stage winner Peter Wrolich gave a blow-by-blow on how he came around Lance and Co. "We came up the last hill and Lance was alone," Wrolich explained. "It was difficult for him to control the situation. I had Levi with me. I just followed Lance. Levi attacked with 350 meters to go and it was a good chance for me because if Lance wanted to win, he had to close the gap. He jumped after Levi -- it was an easier situation to jump from the wheel of Lance and win."

i really liked what he said next:

The Gerolsteiner rider was impressed with the finishing circuit today as well. "You can compare [the course] to all the hills in the Netherlands. A lap like that is real racing, it was something for the crowd....They can see the race for a half an hour....And that should also be the way it is Europe... I liked it."

The latter. But my mathematics are a bit rusty.
