Decided to dive in and race finally. Any good advice?

Not really. I had to go to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I sucked it up. It was not how I would have preferred things to go.
I'll add that at the race today, they ran out of TP in the four porta potties. I saw one young guy checking out all four, looking for one with some TP. I would have loaned him some, but I was rolling up to the starting line.

Didn't race. My son had a surgery 2 weeks before and I was off the bike for 10 days coupled with a ton of lost sleep. Still planning on jumping in at some point.
