Questions about this Masters Level Race
Good evening. I have some questions about this Masters Level Race in Vancouver, BC Canada for June 2017

Looking at this. As in the information it says no Elite level allowed.
What I ask If anyone out there has raced in this or something similar
What type of talent field to expect?
Is this very elite master level? or would there be the average weekend warrior type racing in this type of event as well?

This is the national championship for masters cyclists in Canada. The fields will contain the best riders in Canada who are not pros (i.e. elite license with the UCI).

I asked the organizers, seems to be an event, anyone can sign up for though? and looking at results it seems like a big mix of many things? thoughts anyone?
