Tour Live Stream???

The info on streaming the Giro was great. So how does someone without a TV but with DSL in the States watch the Tour? I know it is a little early but I will be changing my work hours around if is worth it.
Thanks

Well, they (OLNTV) had streaming video of the Giro. TDF being a more popular event, I don't see why they wouldn't bring the streaming video back, as long as the Frenchies will provide it. The more people ask for it the more likely we'll see it.

They used to have streaming audio at least as far back as 2001 (IIRC), but I don't know if they've had it recently, because I've been AT the Tour the last couple of years. (not this time ). If they get streaming video... productivity--.

Yes, but their streaming package was only for the stages (there were MANY though, as OLN only did a very sad, and abbreviated weekend coverage of this event) that they didn't run on their cable station.

My guess is that OLN will have no such package for the tour. Well, until next year, when OLN decides (like the Vuelta beginning last year, and most of the Giro this year) that it's not worth covering on their cable station.

Goodbye Lance, and goodbye to cable coverage of cycling. FOLN, BTW.

Exactly!!
For the Giro I was getting the audio from the Eurosport stream and the vidio from La Gazzetta.it All totally free.
