The road race national jersey wearers you can expect to see in the peloton for the next year:

Kazakhstan - Alexander Vinokourov

More to come.

Those Kazahkstanian colors would fit in nicely with Discovery next year.

Pinotti won the RR? I thought he won the TT? Same with Gutierrez.

Yep. Those two are the TT champs, not the RR champs.

He did win the TT - the road champs, in the main, are being held today. I will be juggling the French, Italian, and German races on TV. Tough job, but someone has to do it.

And BTW, I suppose everyone knows that Bettini will not be contesting the Tricolore this year.

I'd like to see Pozzato or Petito get the win today. It'll be weird seeing Thor Hushovd without the Norwegian national champ's jersey.

Ciolek is only 18. He beat Förster and Zabel at the line. Have to keep an eye out for this kid.

I've been looking for a jersey that has Kazakh flag on it, but can't find it.

Sorry. I was out all of yesterday immediately after France, and I had to watch a replay of Italy this morning, so stayed away from anything that would have ruined the surprise - TV, Forums, etc.
