inspiration/ motivation
Its easy to look at some one thats better and get intimidated. At some time we all need a little motivation or inspiration to continue and smash the peddals to the ground. I just finished the Autobiography of Lance Armstrong and found it a huge inspiration to cycling engeneral. So if you want a good story or are just looking for some inspiration/ motivation you should take a look at this autobiography.
Good luck.

If you would like additional motivation and have a VCR or DVD player, try this..

This is an "inside" look at Tour preparations by Lance and USPS for the '01 TdF. It also has "out takes" of his training for TT's as well as mountain stages. You can see it first hand, including inside the team car with Bruyneel during races, including the '01 Amstel Gold. It gives you a realistic look at what the pros go through, and a glance at why Lance is so good at what he does.
