Angels Camp Wednesday night TT?

I'll be near Angels Camp, CA next Wednesday and I have heard that they have some low key time trial races on Wedesnay nights at 6PM. Does anyone know anything about these (location, times, course?)
I've never done a TT and would like to try one before doing one in a stage race in 4 weeks.

Thanks!

They have people who ride bikes there?
Seriously I lived in that area few years back (small town called Valley Springs), there were NO ONE ridding a bike. Although when I was there few weeks ago visiting my folks I did see people riding bikes. I was pleasantly surprised. I guess what I'm trying to say is don't expect much. They have some really nice roads there, but they are not really bike friendly.
