Fastest TT front wheel

Looking at todays Giro TTT, Disco and Rabobank rode HED3 trispokes. Phonak and CSC rode Zipp 808's, and a number of other teams rode deep dish CF similar to the Zipps. Zipp claims that the 808 is both faster and easier to control than a trispoke. Who's right? Does Disco ride the Trispoke out of contractual obligation, or do they think it's still the fastest wheel for a flat TT?

According to a study sponsored by zipp (no conflict of interest there), the 808's, 909's, and 999's all create less drag than a HED3 trispoke if there is more than a 10 degree crosswind, which they claim is just about all the time.

similair studies by HED have shown the HED trispoke to be the fastest non disc wheel on the market.....

go figure

hey, rememeber when they used to use disc fronts as well as the rear, smaller ones, on the funny TT bikes.
