Kestrel Talon
I'm looking at a Kestrel Talon carbon fiber bike. It has a slightly bowed downtube and the wheel cuts into the seat tube. The seat stays also come up only 3/4 of the way to the seatpost. Is this bike legal for crits and road races?

It is a very stiff ride.
We have a lady (Small) that rides on our Sunday rides and she got one. We all told her no, but she went for it. She hates it. She doesn't like the dead stiff feeling. Just last Sunday she was making comments again and of wanting to ride a steel bike after riding mine.
From her conversations, the frame tends to be siff. Some may like this while other may not.
