Cycling races on bit torrent?

Since american cable SUCKS, and the only time they show any cycling or pro-tour event for that matter is the TdF I am asking my fellow BF'ers if they have any bit torrents of recent races. Vuelta, or TdG, etc.

I apologize if this is illegal to ask, but i figure if its on cable its ok to share?

I'm told that the Tour de France and Eneco and parts of Vuelta are available via Demonoid, but usually days after the stage and apparently with the commentary in various languages. If you are looking for reasonably up-to-date coverage, cycling.tv is pretty much the only choice that I know of.
