NMU jersey order coming...

I know eventservices and a few others mentioned that they wanted to order a Northern Michigan University cycling jersey. We are doing the order in a few days... if interested post what you want or PM me for more details.

Wearing shorts in Marquette?
For those who don't know, they hold summer on a Saturday up there.
Summer used to be a three day weekend in July, but it snowed on Sunday.

Does Michigan Tech have a team? If so, crush them.

Hey, that's a pretty good looking jersey! Send me the details, so I can convince my alum wife it's okay for me to buy another jersey. We're planning a fall visit to Marquette, so I'm wondering where can I find out about club rides?

Hey I went to Tech. Although we never beat NMU in hockey when I was there, I'm sure we could crush them in cycling. I'll be the first cat 4 to sign up and bring the pain!

At the age of 46, I will sign up for a full load of classes at Enema U. just so that I can ride to beat Tech.

And I will also play in the hockey band, just to take away from my training time. You know, to make it fair.

Well I actually just learned its not Ann Arbor but Waterford, Mi. But our race starts at 9:30 and 11:30 (we have racers in 2 different divisions)

That's probly at the Waterford Sportsmen's Club, a fun little 1.4 mile road course with an annoying hill and tricky wind.
Long bending curve before the finish. Don't start your sprint too soon.

No win, but we may have been the only team with 100% completion rate. The weather included raining like buckets, winds you didnt want to be outside in, 5 minutes of hail, and a singletrack course to show. It was an awesome race but too many mechanicals to count. This weekend we are going down to Purdue with 8.

Mtu

What is all the hate about with MTU. I am attending at MTU this year. I don't think we went to this race. I could be wrong. I stopped racing for the season and I don't think we have anyone on a road bike right now, just mountain bikes... or I could be wrong and out of the loop.

You're right.
Michigan should love Ohio State.
And USC should UCLA.

It's all in fun, dude.
It's just a rivalry.
MTU got the brains.
NMU got the women.

Yeah, we have no women. They have no smarts. We both have too much snow. And we both drink too much.
