A team!
I finally got my act together and joined Team Swift a junior development racing team. I'm getting my team swift kit sometime this weekend and they are supplying me with a specialized allez i think. Can't wait!

That's great! From what I've heard Swift is a great club.
Will you be riding any of the earlybird crits?

Well, my dream goal is to upgrade to Cat. 3 so I can go to road Nats., but I'm nearly guaranteed a spot to Track Nationals (no Category prerequisite). Right now I'm just building up a base and trying to have fun with what limited time I have on the bike, and although I don't know when or what my first race will be, I can tell you it'll be around mid-late February.
Heck, I don't even have my USCF license yet. Better get on it!

Awesome. I met a lot of the team when I was out riding. I was going to join, but I only had a year before I left for college. Anyhow, enjoy, it's a great bunch. Do you live in the area? They're based in Santa Rosa, which is near where I live.
