Good stuff.
Predictions: Zabriskie, Leipheimer or *crossing fingers* one of the US National Team kids pull out a stage win at some point. Hushovd for the points win, Rassmussen for the KOM and Basso for the overall. Bettini and Leipheimer podium... |
Predictions? I am terrible with these, but what the hey:
Prologue Levi Stage 1 Haedo Stage 2 Brown (will there be controversy this time, or will he have already been Flicked??) Stage 3 Hushovd Stage 4 Bettini Stage 5 Dave Z. (Might be to short for him. Cancellara and Basso both will do well here) Stage 6 Chris Horner (why the heck not? :) ) Stage 7 Stuart O'grady or Tony Cruz KOM I think Danielson might try for this one. I will bet the Chicken Won't get it. There are too many climbers in the race and it is too early in the season for Rasmussen. Sprint Jersey to Hushovd Most aggressive to Chris Horner (Or to Graeme Brown depending on how aggressive is defined) Young??? Devine maybe?? Overall? top 3 Basso (or Levi depending on who Disco is working for), Zabriskie, Cancellara. Ok, I would be happy if I got even one right! |
wow this should be awesome! hopefully it sates the appetite till july.
|
Zabriskie for P, TT, and GC.
I'd love to see Bettini win in San Jose with a huge attack over Sierra Road. |

Nice work, steephill. Do you mount your video camera on a tripod?
I can't believe all the big names the TdC!! --Steve |
Nope. No pressure on Haedo at all. :D
Interesting lineups. I wonder who CSC plans on putting forward as their leader. Voigt? Same with Discovery for that matter. I doubt they'll ask too much effort of Ivan or Levi. Maybe they'll give the nod to Tommy D? |
