Tks. I'm planning on hitting Sequim, hopefully I'll run into you. We should get a BF "Racing" meet and greet going.

sure - I'll be out warming up for the 4s race, probably near the Recycled Cycles van - serious business you know
The early season races aren't so great for meeting up - there's no place to go grab a drink/food after the race... a bit later in the season we should do it though!

The black and white or the Red/gray ones are so much better looking.

Dude, it's okay to not comment on every single thing that's posted. I know you're just sharing your opinion, but if you're just going to be negative about stuff, you can occasionally keep your thoughts to yourself. Just sayin.

I happen to think caloso's bike looks quite sharp.

Nope - I want a powder-coated, matte black, no decals bike that i'll match up with black kinlins on black WI hubs, w/ Sram Rival bits... I've been thinking about this one for a while :-)

The other side of it is though, I am just as (if not more) likely to sell the cervelo and buy a Tsunami frame.

Thanks! I have done a few races so far this season. The bike is stiff. Very stiff. However, it handles like a bat out of hell. My descending has become much quicker and I'm really able to lay it down in the corners during crits. I'm 5'4 and the fit ont he small is perfect. Really I think this is an ideal crit bike. Not sure i'd want to race it over 40 ish miles but I have done some long training rides and have been ok. MY prior bike was a Tsunami custom.

During college I used to live with a guy for a year (09-10) who had the exact same frame (size too) and everything except different wheels (ksyriums)

He is now a cat 1 and Men's A intercollegiate racer. He moved to Colorado to attend Ft. Collins and do some elite lvl intercollegiate racing. I used to do intervals with him on flat roads and camp his wheel; it was probably a harder workout for me.

I give him a 50% chance of going pro or starting a long term career when he graduates.

Long story short: You can go far with that bike.

Just bought this.

Really does live up to the hype. Should carry me through the Cat 5s just fine.

Shop owner gave me a deal on some DT Swiss r1700s to replace the stock wheels. Does anyone ride or know much about the r1700s? I couldn't find too much on them.

It's a pretty great bike for sure. The geometry isn't especially well suited to me but I make do just fine. Here's a quick pic after yesterday's muddy ride, will post a proper shot once I get my new bars and groupset installed.

I don't have one! Maybe I'll snap a pic tonight. That fork is just a replacement because the original one got smashed in a crash.

Re: geometry - I just find I feel stretched out (my torso is somewhat short relative to my limbs). I've always felt more comfortable on track frames with shorter top tubes and steeper geometry than any road bike. I am getting used to this one though.
