Thats a 56 but it's a "compact" frame, if I'm not mistaken? It's like me on a 40 cm, but it fits like a 50 cm.
No idea, really. It's a 100mm stem. My previous bike was a 54 and I felt cramped (even w /a 120mm stem). I also went through a Retül fitting for this bike

Again, I think the bike is nice looking (this thread). Commenting on stuff you could change (not this thread) but popular now....
Lighter wheels.
I think the front end is over built.
But women are not proportioned like men so really hard for me to comment except using my wife's setup. For her we just went with the most aero and she adapted.
With that - female sprinting is not the same as male sprinting. So using the same setup a guy uses may not be ideal.

agreed when i first saw the new foil, i thought the front end was 'big' and blocky looking compared to the rest of the bike.

so for 2016 that brings this machine to .... 1hr on trainer ridden, and 15 hours installing bars and extensions (twice). SIGHHHH , need that etap brake system. 4 hours last night swapping extensions, might be a record... for quickest.

Have you ridden with that Flo disc yet? If yes, how do you like it?

yup used it last year. 2 shorter distance TTs in stage races (20 min), 1 40km TT , and all the bicycle practicing needed for such events.

i have nothing to compare it to, besides ,my bontrager d3 50mm wheel with wheel builder cover. The cover was being a pain swapping the cover and it just didn't 'look' great. Seems to 'work'. The shape is there for the aero, and i have no issues with the braking or wide rim. Im actually glad im using it with alloy braking surface because of trainer wheel being alloy, and cork / carbon brake pads being hilarious with the already underwhelming cannondale brakes. The noises it makes is not woosh woosh which sucks, but rather a drum hat or something. Other than the hulking weight of the thing, it's a 'full' disc that was pretty cheap compared to other shaped options, which i bought for like 450$ with ceramic bearing option (used). I bought a flo90 recently , awaiting delivery for front, and boy , the disc and 90 must be 3000g or something lolol.

As shown that bike (with edge mount and 500) is 19.75lbs.

i've only ever attempted to work on one internally routed bike, slice rs being it..... and im convinced it's the hardest bike to work on in the world by design. Really tested my patience on a bicycle.

TT bikes are unreal to ride though. U feel SO FAST when riding it to starbucks and stuff. I <3 it.

and i just ordered a caad12 the other day too. i guess at least with internal routed cables you'd think there would be less maintenance once it's set up. pics coming soon

In my experience, unless they are full run housings they are far more work.

Oh, meant to post my own bike for the year. I had an AR2 last year and decided that between the shop discount and some money I had to burn I would splurge and get a new frame.

For those of you who are new to internally routed frames, cable liners can help with the install/swapping of cables in internally routed frames. I picked up a 30m spool of Jagwire cable liner for about $10 online.

unfortunately with the slice RS the proprietary top cap thingy, with it's own internal liner guides makes 'tracing' the cables not really an option =(

a few people have modded the slice, and i think PRO teams have done their own things / cannondale even revamped the slice RS for cannondale garmin (not for sale anymore to public). I haven't gotten to know of modding things .... yet. haha. Comically after all that, the shifting and braking (using vision proprietary cables and housing) is actually quite good. I dont have any issues, and seemingly the tight bends are 'ok.

realized halfway through installing 11s ultegra that i ordered the wrong size fd AND that you can't use a 6700 fd with 6800. sigh. also, when did housing ferrules become so damn complicated? it was late and i was frustrated that shimano hates printed directions so i just got frustrated and used standard jagwire ferrules i had lying around. whatever, i'll do it "right" next time.

Good god. I hope everything is fully enclosed and waterproof, because that looks like a royal pain in the ass.

Maybe I'm wrong. How easy is it to route that thing? And is the claim behind the new venge against other aero competitors legitimate?

Dont cable liners get stuff inside them and would eventually need to be replaced?

I got some cable liners by stripping some excess shifter cable housings, but theyre short and only serve the purpose of protecting the cables in the bb.

As for internal cabling, I find using a j bend spoke is pretty good for fishing out the cable

water resistant probably..... but im not exactly riding this thing in bad weather either haha. it's a total PITA and i had many thoughts of selling the bike mid re-cable re-housing lol

this is what pro teams ended up doing and the new design (not available to public) was that the slice RS ran brake cables (i think full length) internal through the stem.

This is the type of stuff that should just stick to wireless... One front brake, one rear, full internal housing, done and done.
