I know I'm a noob at this whole racing thing but wow! I accidentally missed my exit and ended up in France so I showed up to my race a little later than planned. I had just enough time to do one lap and register. At the start of the race it felt like my entire body was going to explode. From legs all the way to chest just hurt. After bout 10 min everything settled and I was good but at this point I was already dropped.

Todays lesson....I need to warm up before a race.
