as a mac owner my advice: pray. you have to do some weird stuff. i installed flip 4 mac and windows media player, and that seemed to play the video over top of itself. i disabled windows, and it seems to work, although i have to wait for the signal to clear up at the beginning. hasn't yet been consistent enough for me on the free channel to invest the money. what is your problem exactly? does the video not even come up? or does it sort of stick, and play the beginning over and over while trying to play the race at the same time?

I found this thread that has an email from the Narrowstep people:

http://forums.macosxhints.com/archiv...p/t-54693.html

That looks like a serious headache. It would probably be easier running Windows IE with Parallels than trying to make their player work on OSX.

Google Perian and download the plug in pack. Flip4mac helps as well.

Safari is still hit-or-miss, but I've had no trouble watching cycling.tv on the Mac (I have the final version of the PowerPC PowerBook) using the most recent build of Firefox; before that I'd never been able to get it functioning consistently without the workarounds described above.

Just waiting for La Redoute and for the race to really start. You've got about 10km to figure it out.

Flip4Mac is a plugin so it should just work. You may need to restart your browser though.
