Another Dopey solution to Doping - Amnesty...

Hey guys,

What if the governing bodies agreed to offer dopers a one time chance to come forward and help clean up the sport? The amnesty would allow them to keep their previous race titles and not be banned from racing in exchange for coming forward. It would also offer them a chance to do something positive for cycling and be a semi hero.

New rules could also be set for cyclists that don't come forward during the amnesty and are later busted:

1. They lose all previous race titles - whether they doped or not.
2. The tours are allowed to sue for the return of the money won in the race.
3. Sponsors are allowed to sue for wages paid to cyclists.
4. Any statutes of limitation are removed.
