I think that no matter what the verdict is, someone, somewhere will contest it.

I believe they'll pronounce him guilty. I also believe they could have done so weeks ago, rather than dragging it out til the day before the prologue.

I'd like them to find WADA guilty and strip them of their title.

it doesn't matter... either way the other side will appeal. AND if he is found innocent the French can still try him in France.
IMHO, (coming from a mennonite background but not mennonite, 3 out of my 4 grandparents are), I do not believe Floyd is guilty. If his mom says that Floyd told her he did not cheat, then I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt. After reading his book, powerpoint, and the charges against him; there are a lot of flaws in USADA's case.
This being said, I believe he will be found guilty no matter if he is truly innocent. The media has already spoken long before the trial... and sadly, that is the only law that matters in people's eyes.
End of rant: getting of soapbox.

I honestly don't know what to think about his actual guilt or innocence, but some of the facts that have come out in the course of the arbitration hearing woud be enough to get a criminal case dismissed. It would be dimissed on technicalities, but it would be dismissed, and I do believe technicalities are important. That said, this is an arbitration hearing and probably not held to the same standards as a criminal litigation, so I am going to guess they are going to find him guilty.

USADA will win the case because they never lose. But, I do not think he is guilty.

Unless Floyd is such a bastard that he will lie to his own mom.

Don't know if he's innocent or not but it won't matter. If he were to win this case, he'd be the first athlete in HISTORY to do so in ANY sport. Not gonna happen.

I think he's guilty, but he's made a good enough case regarding how the samples were handled/mishandled/mislabeled/etc. that he'll get to keep his jersey.
I'm usually wrong about this stuff, though.

Hey, Cypress, can I beg a favor and ask you to please remove that awful video from your signature? I'd like to be able to go back to reading your posts without trepidation and disgust. I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling that way.
Oh, and I hope Floyd is acquitted, but I don't expect that to happen.
