I was talking to Kevin Livingston about Vino at a party, and he said that Vino is actually an honorary general in the Kaz army. He told me about one time he got pulled over for doing 140 in his Porsche and the cops saw who he was, got his autograph, and sent him on his way.

So, as a general, soldiers must call him "Sir" somewhere :)
