Raced on Rollers Today 2/10/08 at LBS

Wow, what a difference a year makes! This time last year, I ran a 6:44 second roller race [distance = 2 miles] WITH a slip off the rollers; I was on pace for a 6:06. Getting back on and finishing with legs full of lactic acid is an enormous task.

This year I only managed a 6:59 with no fall ! Looks like I took too much time off last semester!
I hope to remember this as the new semester starts in August. Looks like A LOT more intervals are in order!
