P2C easily, maybe if you had the TTX 9.0 in there instead of the Equinox 7 it would be different. You cannot beat a full carbon TT bike if those are all the same, I think it outspecs all of those bikes too.

Yeah, P2C is the best (IMO) high-ish end value for money TT bike out there. Plus, Cervelo finally learned how to do a paint job that doesn't look like crap for '08!

Why the K-Factor Special isn't a good option? The P2C (ultegra - the frame's color gray) and K-factor Special have the same prices!

The P2C tests considerably faster than the K-Factor. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but someone posted some wind tunnel results on Slowtwitch, and you'd want either one of the new Treks or a Cervelo, basically.
