This thread needs less talking and more graphs.

The "." was totally unnecessary. Congrats.

Go easy on me, the power output is a little embarassing in my aero tuck.

Still more power than I can lay down in an hour.

I was going to say that it looks like you have a very efficient position on the bike, based on the power output versus the speed. And the number that matters is speed, not watts.

Congrats. I'd glady trade my 32 watts for your 1.4 mph. Looks like you were flying the last 1/4 of the race.

Actually, all of the credit goes to the PT. All I had to do was soft pedal. Thank god I went for the auxillary-hub-motor-and-battery option. <Insert smiley face here.>
Unfortunately it was a little damp this morning; couldn't see well, and I didn't use the PT for pacing. I guess I don't need that crutch, but I'd still be really nervous to race without it.

It's rather embarrassing how long it took me to figure out the pontoon comment.
The flood had cleared by yesterday morning. The promoter had changed the start times and the course, but (luckily, for me at least) managed to change the course back to the long one by early morning.
