Back in the saddle....

All- Have not been on in a while. I am officially no longer "VA"Racer. An opportunity presented itself causing me to move to Florida. Between the move and studying for the FL Bar exam, I have ridden very little over the last two months. Before the move, I trained relgiously with a PT. However, I have never been in a position of such a long layoff. How do I best get back to where I was? As mentioned, my training was about 6 days a week with 4 days of intervals before the interruption.

My goal is to try and get into a fall race or two down here. However, I am sort of a training noob and cannot simply assume that I can hop back and start the 6 day a week training regime I was in.

Any help is appreciated.
