1st TT on Thursday
A local shop puts on a TT series in the summer. I've not been training for a TT but decided that it was time to go for it. I don't have a TT bike or any aero gear but I figured so what. It is a 10 mile out and back course along the Sacramento River. My goal is to keep my HR between 175 and 180, don't finish last and let it rip.
So all you BFers, any last minute advice?

Read the "Before you start another TT thread, click here" sticky thread
EDIT: Your goal sounds good. If you are pacing off of your HRM be careful that you don't go out too hard because it takes a little while for your HR to get up. And it will often gradually rise throughout the course of the TT (in my limited experience).

That sounds really fun, I'm thinking that the first race I want to do will be a TT.
