And did I cry because I'm getting old? Nope. Bought a license, went to a race, did not come in last. Life is good.

I didn't think people could live past 25.

OP: good job. Race more.

15 years ago I was approaching 35, weighed 250 lbs, and felt old.

Now I'm approaching 50, weigh 175, and feel young.

Life is good. Cycling made mine better.

Now you can race with guys that are just coming out of a pro career and know how to suffer. Have fun!
