I enjoyed the Canadian, British and Swedish kits, if you know what I mean.

The US is ok. I'll give a second vote to Switzerland's be being the coolest. Chile's gets an honorable mention. Germany's is not even the national colors? Spain's.. Need see another photo because it only shows a small portion of their jersey.

I had the Skittles jersey until a few months ago. I was never going to fit into it again. I actually like Josiah Ng's old Malaysian kit...not that it helped him here.

Wtf, why is germany always just an adidas jersey with colors that have extremely little to do with the national colors. Looking at it once you would never guess it's team deutschland riding by.

Bring back the classic design!

(But leave the haircuts back in the 70's. Maybe a few less stars on the jersey as well.)

+1

I haven't seen a good US design since then.

Watching the road race on the internet and I'm pretty shocked how BAD most of the national kits look.

Ha ha, great thread. I think some of those nations are so strong that they have kind of a classic look -- and some are just following their footballing kits. I must say though as a Canadian I'm pretty happy with our kit. Usually ours blows goats but that is very sharp. I love the Belgian one too, very classic, but updated.

Do any of the Canucks on here know how to buy our new kit for the games? I love it. I'm normally against wearing the national team kit -- don't wear it unless you've made it! But it would be awesome on solo rides or just training at home. Love those Chinese characters! Very classy and respectful. I was on the CCA website but couldn't find a link to the kit.

A lot of the national team designs posted on here look like someone forgot they had to design a team kit until the week before the opening ceremonies.

Australia's looks horrible, what is up with those hats? I think I can put that kit together by going to performance and buying green shorts and a yellow jersey. . . .

Hmm - looks nice - the site has an "online store" - but no buy button.
Here's what ticks me off - Canada has tons of great cyclists and they only send 3?
Sure - our boys don't play much over the pond, but still.. doesn't that shrink our chances even more?
