I think it was the Astana team, but I may be wrong. I believe I found a picture of the T-Mobile team, but that's not the one I'm looking for. It was a safe-for-work picture of three riders, supporting each other while they peed. Yes, hilarious. This picture was posted sometime in the past year or 18 months, I believe.

If you must know, I'm trying to explain to a female friend of mine how riders can pee on the bike without making a mess of themselves.

and now I feel just a touch silly.

I wouldn't feel silly. I remember a photo of Eddy Merckx answering the call of nature during a race, but he was off the bike. I have enough trouble in front of a urinal, don't think I'd try it on a bike.
