Feel the burn!

I was giving my coach a little lip about yesterday's workout being "easy" (it wasn't a pushover, but I didn't have to limp home) so he changed my workout for tomorrow:

Yesterday's

Crit sprints. After warm up do 3 sets of 3x25 second sprints at CP1. Include corners. Recover until heart rate drops to zone 2 between each repeat. 5 minute recoveries between each set.

Not bad until the last couple. The recovery till between reps was what I was giving him crap about. So he stepped it up a bit with tomorrow's

Lactate repeats. 2 sets of 4x40 seconds at CP1 (20 second recoveries) with 5 minutes between each set. High rpm.

basically 4 WRIs with 20 second rest in between each one.
LOL
