It's not anyone else from Mexico is making it happen.
Julio Perez a bit in the Giro for a few years there, but other than that, most of his countrymen head to the US domestic circuit occasionally.

Phil Anderson? I'd like to see Alan Peiper.

There is a big difference from being out of the peloton for a few years like lance and over decade like Alcala.. He is a good guy and well liked by all, I wish him luck.. Here is some video of Raul in the glory years..
