If the Garmin-Chipotle team can eat burritos and race bikes, so can I.

Take a look at my avatar.

I have a pretty good idea I'll know exactly where he will be at any time in the future. As long as there are mirrors available.

If you're going out for an easy, ten mile ride and still carry two or more burritos in your jersey - just in case - it's time to start counseling.

Year 'round.

Beer is a proven recovery drink.

Burritos are the perfect pre ride meal, so year round on those too.

Ice Cream is year 'round also. But dont eat the whole pint in one sitting.

The year you decide a healthy Stein is more important than the comfort (weakness) of a vice.

I was referring to the possibility of a head injury and amnesia

Keep after it.

During the last three weeks, I've lost 8 lbs and have had ice cream for dessert around half of the time at dinner. Burritos... probably about 15 of them.

As RX said, portions...

Wait, you lost weight???

I've gained weight, but that's from too much beer and not enough riding

If I lost eight pounds I'd look like a POW. The most I'll ever go above my race weight is 3-5 pounds.

Yeah, I came out of retirement last year (first license since 1995). All the fitness gains I've made with weight staying pretty much flat. I'd been the same weight for about 4 years until this weight loss cycle.

Back in the early 90s, I was racing at 165-170, and it looks like that's where I'm headed again, 15 years later.
