Mine has fallen (by design) as I have been lazy (on the bike) for the last three weeks. Took two weeks completely of the bike and rode a little last week. Real focus on gym work right now...

I have a friend who rides rollers 16 hours a week during the winter.

I ride a spin bike which would be like riding a fixie or track bike. I think it is either a 38 or 42 pound flywheel.
I find an hour on it feels like two hours on a trainer/road ride.

165mm crank and i ride at 100 rpm.

so I did a 20 minute test and averaged 349w, so 95% is 331.5 which means my ftp would be approximately 331.5w/83kg = ~4 w/kg? I think I can do better since my heart rate was a bit sluggish and my legs didn't feel as fresh (maybe too hard of a weekend). I'll try doing it again later this week to verify

That's still a pretty good result. Wait a couple of weeks and try again, wait until the legs are fresh and see.
You and I are about the same weight so I can let you know that with that kind of number you should fair pretty well.

I did an hour of power Sunday with the PT. Just trying to keep it steady and not push at race efforts. My average was 272 W. Golden Cheetah then uses some method to compute critical power from this data and it came out with 298 W. Any comments on how accurate the GC number is? Does it matter as in is that the number I should shoot for during a race effort for an hour?
Thanks!

Thanks. There are many hill climb events here that require steady power for one or two hours. I am trying to figure out where I stand for next year. (I have also looked at the winning times. )

I’ve got another question:

I am using a powertap, joule 2.0, and golden cheetah. Is there a way to have the joule display show up on my computer screen, in real time, when riding on rollers. I think this would be useful so that when watching a movie or whatever, I can have the power numbers right there. Thanks.

ANT+ stick. And Garmin's not the only company making it. I think GC 3.0 supports it.

Try loading the data in WKO to get a better view of it; GC doesn't iron out kinks/spikes in data very well.

I manage my files using GC, but my coach uses WKO+. Is there any way I can export files from GC in a format that's useable by WKO?

I guess I could just give him the .fit files straight from my garmin, but that's not ideal.

Thanks
