Has anyone raced on the TCR Alliance?

I race quite a bit in the summer and am looking at new bikes. If I buy the tcr alliance I hava an ultegra sl group i can put on it and I would be able to afford a powertap. On the other hand, I could buy the tcr advanced (not the sl) and have no powertap. I have ridden one and I really like smoothness of the frame but I wasent clipped in so I couldnt really sprint on it. Does anyone have any racing experience on an alliance? If so did you feel it was a good race bike?

THanks for the help...

I haven't raced the alliance but I've raced the TCR composite and ridden an alliance for an extended period of time and they ride pretty similarly. I'm not really sure what the question is in there. Is it a fine race bike? Sure, pretty much any bike will be fine for racing. You would be better served by getting the PowerTap on the alliance than having a slightly fancier bike.
