Have you done a Wingate test?

Next tuesday we're are going into the lab in my ex. phys. class to do Wingate testing. Have any of you done this? Thoughts on how it was? What kind of numbers did you put out? Just curious!

Avoid a big meal beforehand. Not particularly painful, though.
No idea what my #s were, it was a long time ago.
