I hope this was in good spirits. I have to believe that it is.
WR does a heckuva lot with very little from my perspective. Am I Right?

Making a kilometer blurry
I wonder if there'd be any tips in there on how I could cut out my lunch rides and maintain fitness.

The display smiles
Strength comes.
The road has been empty
One man arrives
In orange and blue.
The sound of WR's second hour of training each day? It is the sound of one hand clapping.

OT: Joe, I'm thinking of building wheels EXACTLY like that (presume Record hubs, no?). Any more pics?

Well, with a potential volume reduction coming for you, I'm happy to share my weekly rides, if you're interested.
I really do have to "get over myself" when I'm not feeling like doing a scheduled ride though. I don't allow myself very many "bad days." The nice thing is that with 8.25 hrs/wk, I'm not so stressed, so bad days are rare. That said, I cut the hill repeats short today because a meal mistake and fatigue from yesterday -- bad day.

Yeah, I'm very interested. While I'll certainly be riding more than 8 hours a week I imagine that keeping up mid 20 hour weeks will become difficult.
