A clear sign you're addicted to racing..
...Is when you're trying to talk yourself into doing the Tuesday night crit all day long, even though you have a head cold that's been getting worse since 7AM. Finally the one thing that convinces you that sleep is a better idea than riding 18 miles to and from a thirty minute training race is the fact that you're having a hard time walking up the stairs in your house because you're sick.
Oh well. Next week.
Oh well. Next week.

Missed opportunity here. You could ride at the front as long as possible, spreading death and disease. Next week, you win. Reconsidering?

When you keep entering races even though you never get on the podium.
