i wash my favorite pair ($40 selvedge from Uniqlo, fabric weaved in Japan, finished in China) once every four weeks. I've had them four five months now, and the indigo has yet to fade. They are effing awesome & beat the snot out of the trash that is seven jeans and diesel. If you are feeling rich, you can get the $70 made in Japan selvedge.

As long as you don't shrink them too much when you get them they are pretty nice. I regularly go 2-3 months without washing mine.

Probably not the best forum to post this in, but since RTC got some fashion advice, I might as well try.
Is anyone on here into raw denim jeans? I read and article online and it seems really interesting. I couldn't imagine not washing jeans for 6 months, but the idea of having a pair that is perfectly molded to your body is very cool.

Just got back from a ~3 mile run. I've been feeling run down and like crud recently, so I figured the first workout of the week would make me feel better. It's been raining all week too, so no commuting. This was a great idea.
Now to shower, put together lunch for tomorrow, potentially update the blog, and pass out.

Has coddling tendencies.
It's been a week of firsts. Just today we had lightening, thunder, and some rain! That rarely happens this time of year, particularly where I live.
And then there's this: The other day about 20 miles into a rolling ride, I had to shift from the big to small chainring, but instead of pushing the shift lever in (Sram), I reached down with my left hand in search of the downtube shifter! It's been years since I've ridden a bike with DT shifters. It was sort of funny, but not funny at all at the same time.

5 trillionths of a gram. 400 times below the minimum detection level.
Yeah, I'd be laying wood on Schleck with that dosage too.
More than a few instances of it actually contaminating food. Long lasting and easy to test for.
I'm going towards the benefit of reasonable doubt for now.

All I know so far is that I want to lift 3-4x a week, run 1-2x, and do a long ride atleast 1x. I can probably double it up some days as well, but I don't see myself making much progress lifting if I'm only doing it 3x a week so... I guess I have to figure out this 'workout before going to work thing' huh?
