Yeah - if you were to hack it up to a flywheel that was truly significant (6lbs on road trainer, 18 on pro trainer)... so say, 45 or 55 lbs of flywheel? then you'd be talking about something I'd believe in.

ding ding ding. I understand the pro-flywheel will give up to 30" of spin-down.

Mine came with the heavier flywheel and I took it off because of the slow spin up and coast downs. Without it your poor pedal stroke is more pronounced and your also forced to apply pressure(pedal) constantly because of the lack of or less "coasting".

edit - I have the R&R so the bad form manifests itself with bouncing also.

CNN gives me a headache with all of their endless graphics and inane commentary; I try to watch but it's a few minutes before I'm switching the channel.

I voted a week ago. It is so nice to sit at home and vote with the voters pamphlet. It helps when trying to figure out if a yes vote is for or against the measure

Same here. I used to let my kids pull down the levers. Now it's "No kids allowed", but the old machines are gone anyway.
Our optical scanners seem like a good system. Simple, straightforward with a paper trail.

Yeah. It was pretty anticlimactic voting for the first time and connecting lines on a paper.
Atleast I exercised my nascent citizenship.

Uh yeah Skippy, I think most of us know who she is.

And she's got bigger guns than you and RTC combined.
