This is about to be a very picture heavy post.

Some of the best photos from jamaica.

On the first day, we visited Victor, a jamaican who does carvings and sells them to local shops

then we visited a family friend, Sunny, at his house (my uncle helped him try and get another visa while we were there, unfortunately, he was denied).

he still has his first house ever in his yard (him and his wife both lived in here!)

then we traveled to another family friend, Tea Time's house

took some family pictures on the roof

admired the beautiful view

spent the night visiting with his family

went for a walk in the woods

after a night at Tea Time's house, we travelled to our final destination, Negril. Unfortunately, we had a problem with our tire and had to get it fixed (which cost less than $0.01 USD)

where I found my new race bike

In negril, we went out for a family dinner

then settled into our resort

the next day, we went on a boat tour

with the crazy captain

and got to see the sunset

we did some other stuff, this is just the highlights (that I had pictures of). it was a great trip!

Even though the RRC is the best ride in the park, I like Epcot the best. Illuminations is awesome. There are so many different places to view it, each with their own perspective. Find a shady bench, grab a Guinness and listen to Off Kilter. For the resorts, the Boardwalk is my favorite. You can walk to Epcot and MGM, and with the ESPN Zone and the brewpub, it's easy enough to take a break from the family commotion, relax, have a cold one, and watch an out of market game.

Weren't you just doing high effort low cadence work? Sounds like you just need some spinning and rest. Heal up quick, you have souls to shatter.

On the bright side my teeth are awesome according to my dentist. Is there some sport where biting is involved?
Lose the spear gun and put the chompers to work.

This sport was not supposed to require much biting but... Ask Holyfield

Considering the broken vertebrae and long list of back injuries, that's a maybe. I'm hoping it's not.

I have some that are 13" long, 1.5 inches wide from an old nite rider battery pack. (No plastic loops though) You're welcome to them.

Hold shot for 30 seconds then cut to some hot chick getting banged in a hotel room.

I'll develop the rest of the story once the advance check clears.

Has anybody here actually seen an Impec up close and in person? I can't seem to find any info on pricing or availability. The article in Velonews makes it sound like BMC is still working out the pre-production kinks.

It's unlikely a slipped cleat could cause sciatica, but that is what I thought when he said he had weird pain shooting down his leg.

I had it for a short time after a bad crash, for me it almost felt like an electric shock. Physio fixed it up quick.
