The New 3t

I have to say the New 3t is absolutely AWESOME!!! I have the Ergosum Team bars and ARX Team stem on my road bikes and the Ventus on the TT rig. The Ventus are so bad arse that I can't even find an adjective to describe them. My cable routing is so clean now it as if I don't have cables at all. As nice as my Easton Attacks were (and they are a nice bar) the Ventus have me lower and more comfortable. The Ergosums are very nicely made and very light as well as stiff. Many thumbs up for both bars.

Hi,

I am very happy with my 3T Rotundo Pro handlebars (traditional bend).

I wanted to use the Doric seatpost that came with my R3 but I need some setback on that bike. Wanted to use it on my TT bike but there's so little seatpost exposed I figured it would be a waste.

Anyone want an unused Doric Team for $100 shipped (US only)?

Pix, please.

Also, has anyone got a Rotundo bar with SRAM shifters? I'm interested in that.

The other day I test rode a Cervelo with 3T carbon bars/stem. At first everything was nice and stiff as can be until halfway through the ride the bars slipped and rotated 90* downwards. 3T gets a FAIL in my book. Although it was probably the mechanic who deserves the FAIL award.

It's pretty stupid to hold that against 3T. Any bars/stem would slip if not tightened properly. Your immaturity is showing.

I go mine from www.bikebling.com Call them to make sure they have it in stock but they should. They are great there and shipped it as soon as I got off the phone with them AND they had the best price.

It's obvious to me that Cervelo is to blame here. The bars most likely slipped as a result of funny cable routing.

Yes. No complaints here, they work great. I was worried that there wouldn't be a flat enough transition to the hoods, but the shape of the hoods is such that there's not a sharp "valley" where they meet, even though there's some downslope on the bars before hitting the level hoods.

I'm glad to hear all the good things about the Ergosums. I have a set sitting on my bench ready to be installed once I get the time. Hopefully I will get it done this week.

Just because you think it was a joke doesn't mean it was one. Nobody laughed and somebody else called you an idiot. I'd still like to know where you think the joke is in there.
