Hitting the weights

during the season, do you? How often? Big weight/low reps, or low weight/big reps?

very little. Once a week, high reps, 2 sets. And just shoulders, chest, and back.
But I will do a lot of core work.

this close to race season I'll do form squats with just the bar or 25s for symmetry and balance, it's hard to hold back so the rest of the week isn't compromised
