velocipedio, go to www.usacycling.org (the gallery) or www.cyclingnews.com and there are plenty of podium shots. Just look for ones that are 17-18 girls, either pursuit, points race, or scratch race. I'll be sure to post a pretty one in a world champion's jersey later...
