St Patty's day...Lamb Stew over potato noodles with Irish rye. No beer. The no beer on St. Patty's is a first.

He claims he use to. I'm not sure that's true, but he did use to ride a lot.

I'm waiting for PSIMET to hook me up with some 27" wheels so I can finish getting his old Schwinn up and running.

the 16% protein is a bit wack but you're in the right direction

i'm afraid I won't be able to go back to un-olive oil tuna, the world of difference in taste is quickly accelerating my rate of mercury poisoning

And lots of Sodium, but it's eating on the road.

I eat more then enough protein between breakfast, cottage cheese a few times a day, and a scoop of whey every now and then.

If you don't like it don't eat it. Why force yourself?

Yougurt? Sounds like it might be a little too high in protein.
